Someone answered below, it's apparently a trend to lighten them in Eastern Europe.
I think its just some vitiligo, a depigmenting dermatological disease, revealing itself by the appearance of white spots on the skin, here on her aerolas. This disease is relatively common and affects approximately 0.5% to 1% of the general population, men and women.
